The Problem Site Contact Information
Dear Site Visitor,
First, I want to say thank you to the many teachers, students, and other
visitors who have made this site such a popular spot on the internet. I never
guessed when I started it that I would have school districts all over the world
linking to my puzzles and games. Every time I find a school website that says
"Students are permitted to play any of the games on this list," and then lists
just about every game on this site, I smile, and am glad that I started the
site.
If you want to know a bit about the history of this site, please click here: About The Problem Site.
Contacting The Problem Site
I get an enormous amount of mail regarding this site, so please make my life easier by taking a moment to read the following:
- Codes: If you are writing because you found a coded message somewhere, and want me to translate it for you, please don't! I don't have time to figure out every coded message that people think I ought to figure out for them! Now, if you have a specific type of code that you think should be written up on the Codes and Secret Messages pages, that's a whole different matter; go ahead and send me a message!
- Products: If you are a publisher, and you want me (or some of my volunteer reviewers) to review your educational/puzzle product, please note that product reviews are no longer being posted here; please visit this page instead: Advertise at The Puzzler Store.
- Brainteasers: I'm always happy to get suggestions of brainteasers to use on the BrainFood page. However, if you're going to send me a brainteaser, please send the solution along with the problem. As much as I enjoy a good brainteaser, I don't have time to try to solve everything that comes my way!
- Homework: This is not a homework help site. Let me emphasise this: This is NOT a homework help site. Please don't email me asking me to solve your math problems for you!
Let's Help Each Other
One of the struggles of maintaining a free website is that no matter how often we say "Please consider donating," the vast majority
of the visitors to this site will never do so. I want to continue keeping these resources free, so those who can't afford to pay a membership
fee will still be able to use the games and puzzles.
So let's help each other out. If you've enjoyed the resources on this site, or if your children have enjoyed them, or your students have enjoyed them,
take a trip over to The Problem Site's sister site Glimpses of Eden, and purchase a painting
or framed scenic photograph to help decorate your home.
Isn't that better than making a donation? You support our free sites, and in return you get wonderful pictures to hang on your walls!
Please use this form to send an email to me!
