Hopefully this one didn't tax your brain too badly...even though I'm not a big baseball fan, when I hear "baseball," I think of batting and pitching. And, it turns out, PITCH is the answer I was looking for.

In BASEBALL, the pitcher will PITCH the ball.
A TREE has PITCH.
And, a salesman will deliver a SALES PITCH.
