And I'm worth just a tad.
And although I am pretty,
I am also quite bad!

The answer is: PENNY

Penny is a girl's name
Penny is a measurement for the size of a nail.
A penny is not worth much.
If something costs a "pretty penny," it is expensive.
"Turn up like a bad penny" is an idiom meaning someone always shows up where they aren't wanted.
