"This post is a Grab Bag which uses the following words: quietly"
Quietly
quietly my eyes cry , I am tiredthere's nothing like the sound of silence ,
it's the sound of one hand clapping
i am here now, i am no longer there,
I did not arrive in prison quietly,
I was the prison
I was the prisoner
I was the prison guard
I did not leave quietly
I left with great bravery
I live moment to moment
I learn to examine each moment
I am quietly listening at times
other times not so quietly
today I am quietly listening to the grief
I am quietly getting aquainted with grief
today I am quietly humbled and if I use
the word quietly to much , it's because
it has so much power
and I need to learn the lesson.
I am on the other hand quietly humbled.
