All Hallows Eve
All Hallows EveThe mysteries weave
The strange and the ugly return
The spooks and the lights
The multiple frights
The ashes you found in the urn
Strangely cold stares
Shaking nightmares
The lights dimming out in the hall
The gates painted green
The children turn mean
While the leaves in cool breezes fall
A cold harvest moon
A mysterious rune
Mysteries yet are unfolding
The future is bleak
For wholly a week
And the bread in the freezer is molding
The Halloween"s done
And all goes the fun
Until the next year comes calling.
