"Tomorrow smiles, yesterday just sighs."
Not what it could have been, but what it can be...
Whatever I enjoyed beforeI feel the need to do once more
Because now that I know you
I know what I was missing then...
I think it would have been better
If you were there; yet again
maybe it's better you just arrived--
there's so much to look forward to.
And maybe you'll drift out of my life.
Maybe you're not meant to stay...
But I anticipate tomorrow
Because you are here today.
