Inside of You

Without me you could not survive
Blood fills me to keep you alive.
chambers of life ,I have four
each has a valve like a door
Blood pulses from me all around
on your wrist the beat can be found.
So look after me well I implore
Exercise just a bit more.
Avoid too much sugar and fat
and I will beat strongly like that
lub dub lub dub lub dub lub dub
