In the beginning my heart skipped a beat
each time we met was exciting and new
talking for hours,always so much to say
finding each other our love slowly grew

with dreams for the future, in hope we planned
over the years we had good times and strife
but love has grown deeper throughout the years
as we continue our journey through life
