"I was wondering how much thoughts are my own and part of me, or just something passing by"
Thoughts on thoughts
Thoughts on thoughtsIf I'm a tree
like birds
my thoughts would be
sitting on branches
or off they fly
In leaving me
they cannot be
part of the tree
but passing me by
If I'm a river
like floating sticks
my thoughts would go
Trapped in one spot
they stem the flow
slow down the water
where dirt will grow
If I'm a pond
like frogs my thougts would hop
in and out
and never stop
They croak
whith voices loud
Are these my thoughts
they're crying out
The question is
if thoughts were part of me
what would I be
