"When dusting the windowsill I was wondering where all the dust comes from. you remove it and it's there again. It never stops coming. So this kind of poem is born out of dust."
To dust
Every week new dust gatherson the windowsill
It makes me wonder
from where does it come
Dust you are
to dust you will return
Is it my partner and me
particle by particle
returning to our origin
One decreases with old age
so it might be
Dust you are
to dust you will return
So many have returned before
Who might have visited
my windowsill by now
Einstein, Napoleon
a poet, I wish Tagore
Dust you are
to dust you will return
Ever be careful
with dust you will
for no one might know
who's resting
on their windowsill
