Medicines
He awoke, scared and unsure of the destiny that lie before him. He look around, his eyes slightly throbbing from the exposure to the light. A white bed, white walls, white tubes, a heart moniter to his right...he was in a hospital room. Or, at least, that was the closest comparison he had at the moment. He tried to remember how he got here. He remembered that his name was Nick, but that was it. No memories of a mother. No memories of a father. He remembered certain toys from his childhood, and certain games, but he couldn't remember who was playing them with him. He couldn't even remember his last name. On the verge of tears, he strained his mind for any memior of his previous life. A voice shrieked from outside the door."They all deserved this fate, even if it's only for a little while!"
He leaned back on his pillow and thought about this statement. He decided that he didn't want to remember who he was any longer.
