The Earth, once a delicate dream, was now covered in a rich smog that burnt the throat and nostrils. All nature's beauty vanished and the vivid colors drained. So silent was the wind; only a ringing similar to the one in our heads could be faintly heard. Skys were white, threatening rain, while every flower disintegrated into a fine dust. Weeds flourished and conquered every lawn. All the seasons blend into one.
