"when i was going through my depression i had serious mood swings this kind of sums it up"
The light bulb
The Light BulbThe light bulb is off,
the switch is down,
the bulb has no life, no light, nothing.
Flip the switch and the light bulb lives.
It lights up the room, gives heat, gives comfort,
You feel the heat and you know you are safe.
The switch flips again,
the light goes away, the heat dies down, the comfort is gone,
the bulb is back to nothing.
