You're always a pleasant surprise i stumble upon,a little 'hide-n-seek' love affair in a mystery book.
Except you remain like a new moon in an October sky,
not to be found by the only bright eye...
Like i said, I'll be the shots, you be the ice,
as long as you can keep my chin up.
Your absence makes each day longer.
No songs, no skips, no slight touches by your fingertips.
The stars have spoken and even they can't lead me to you.
Darling i don't need your cup, i just want your heart.
Like i said, I'll be the shots, you be the ice,
as long as you promise you'll take the plunge.
