Thanks To You Poetry

at times when i close my eyes,
I see my little world collide.
and sometimes in a moment full of lies,
everything gets wrapped up inside.

so i say thanks to you,
for turning my heart into words,
for making me pen what is true,
and creating songs as pretty as a bird's.

at times when i close my eyes,
butterflies kiss sparks of happy clouds.
and sometimes in a moment of surprise,
my hearts full of love speaks so loud.

so i say thanks to you,
for giving beauty to everything,
for leaving no room for me to be blue,
and humming a new song for my soul to sing.

whatever would i do without you?
