Pep Talk Grab-Bag
The sign you held on the corner made me laugh todayA pep-talk for the soul
I thank you kindly for that
and fumble through my purse
Finding only weird species of lint
And few prospects of a hand out.........
The light turns green
I must drive
Feeling bad and suddenly chunky
I'll catch ya tomorrow
