So Much Trouble
I had no idea so much trouble could be caused by one little dime.I had picked it up from the middle of the street.
I really wish I hadn't.
Because as soon as I did
Things started to happen.
I started to walk but the ground started rumbling.
The buildings quivered and started to topple over.
But only on the left side of the street.
I looked to the right.
Everything was ok.
So I walked over to the right side where it was safe.
The buildings started to shake there too.
And they started to topple over.
I looked to the left.
Damaged buildings that were still.
I walked over to the left side.
Shake shake shake.
I walked over to the right side.
Shake shake shake.
I went back to the middle.
I looked down on the ground where the dime had been.
A bright red circle glowed there.
I put the coin back.
Things stopped moving.
But it was too late - the damage had been done.
I had no idea so much trouble could be caused by one little dime.
