"I was inspired by a japanese animation i was playing at the time i wrote this. It's my very first try at an Iambic Pentameter.

Wingless to the Light
Awaiting for you to appear in dreamsKnowing i can't see your face any more
When you were alive you gave me my wings
But now you are gone i am now all torn.
Shadows surround me blocking the soft light
I try to stretch out to reach you in dreams
But try as i might i fall way away
I am now wingless waiting for the light
A light hand touches me bringing me back here
Pulling me around to reality
Reminds me that you are part of her
A child of our own i must now live for
