Writing Resources from Fifteen Minutes of Fiction

"I wrote this in my Economics class while looking at/thinking of the person I kind of like."
She Who Lays Upon Your Breast
Limit the sky, speak to your death,Shout to the winds, remember its breath.
As she lays upon your breast,
Know that you're the best.
She sings of your whims, she speaks of your wins,
But know of your barriers, take in their glean.
As she lays upon your breast,
Know that you're no less.
Lean against the wall, you don't have to go far,
But she will push and pull you through, have you fight a war.
As she lays upon your breast,
Know that you can rest.
Gaze at the stars from afar, take a moment for yourself.
There's a race to win, and I'm here to help.
As she lays upon your breast,
Know that you're not pressed.
Witness love, watch life go by,
Don't hurry, love, it's all a lie.
As she lays upon your breast,
She only wants the very best.
I will fight by your side.
There I will abide.
Though you know not.
