A letter from the angry ants
Dear...Humans,Crawling around on the sidewalk all day can be very tiring, believe me. You humans thinks it's just sooo hard to work and do taxes, to live and have to go to the store and buy food. Well, I tell you, us bugs have it harder! Ecspecially us ants.
With having to move food on our backs all day to feed our families, walk to our destination (yeah, we don't have cars like you!), try not to drown in the huge puddles left by the rainstorms, and try to dodge your big feet, we barely make it through one day alive. You guys really need to watch where you are going. Lives are at stake down here!
It's bad enough kids TRY to kill us, you guys can't even look at the ground for two seconds to see if we are down there. Our day may consist of:
4:00 a.m. - Get up and wash
4:30 a.m. - Grab a crumb to eat, then start to work
4:45 a.m. - 6:45 p.m. - Load around food, supplies, etc for families, friends, and elderly
6:45 p.m. - Eat dinner with family
7:15 p.m. - Meeting for adults at the corner of the rode
8:00 p.m. - Clean our homes and go out for food
12:00 a.m. - Go into house for family time
2:00 a.m. - Go to bed
Please consider these and take the time to watch for us. We will repay you in anyway you need. We work very hard on our tunnels under the sidwalk, so much would be appreciate if you didn't deliberately shake the earth above us. Our tunnels will cave in easily.
We will take into consideration your needs, too, if only you send us back a letter. May you have a pleasent day of feeling guilty for killing us ants. Thank you!
Sincerely,
The ants under the sidewalk
(P.S. You have killed over 999, 999, 999, 999, 999, 999, 999 of us...And we have killed 0 of you...)
