Balloons are for kids

True story

My niece and nephew in Island lake,
where a hot air balloon fell nearby.
Today is my niece's fifth birthday,
i wish i could take her in a balloon and fly.
we're here to eat a late dinner and cake,
and then we'll have to say goodbye.
I shouldn't be on the computer-I feel fake,
My niece and nephew's childhood is flying by.
Pretty soon i'll be ninety eight,
and one day i'l eventually die.
But life is like a balloon ride so great,
Like birthday helium that makes you fly high.
I love these kids more than ever,
Better than me, they are funny and clever
