Once upon a time I was on the train,
And it was valentine's day night.
I thought the holiday was a pain,
and the holiday always brings fright.
A couple got on coming from the bar,
And it looked like they had been on a date.
When the train didn't get very far,
the woman threw up, it was her fate.
The lady threw up on the man's lap,
It was a date that couldn't be mended.
They shouldn't have gone for a nightcap,
And that's a valentine's day dead-ended.
