The Science of Duct Tape
Duct Tape is wonderful, Duct Tape is great,You can buy a roll now, or a package of eight!
Who needs Band aids and staplers, or nail guns and screws?
That shiny adhesive is all you should use!
If your romance has shipped out and crashed on the shoals,
Well, a nice gift of Duct Tape will patch up the holes!
Economy's failing? Just fix it with tape,
For that magical stuff works on all kinds of scrapes!
Oh, yes, Duct Tape is wonderful, Duct Tape is great,
You can buy a roll now, or a package of eight!
Who needs Band aids and staplers, or nail guns and screws?
That shiny adhesive is all you should use!
Scientists use it for all of their needs;
It's the secret to all of their wonderful deeds:
In the year sixty-six on the second of June,
Without Duct Tape, Surveyor'd have crashed on the moon.
Oh, yes, Duct Tape is wonderful, Duct Tape is great,
You can buy a roll now, or a package of eight!
But for all of its wonder, it's got just one flaw:
Even Duct Tape's no match for that entropy law.
