The Unchangeable or Change?
Decidious tree, ever completlyChanging such colors of yellow and green.
Decidious tree, so true, so free,
Able to rest in peaceful harmony...
To abide in the shadow of winters long sleep,
To blosson forth in the coming spring,
To gleam with pride for her transfixing canopy,
To transofrm and perplex in its autumn beauty,
Decidous tree, ever completly,
But not as the winter evergreen.
Nay, neither one a tree to be?
Or is it a choice of liberty?
For one who marvels at beauties of trees,
Would find it quite hard to be in my feet.
For I am faced with the dauting task,
To choose between everlasting green
And beautiful leaves, so now I ask
What I would be, a decidous tree?
Or the mysterious immortal evergreen?
