The Unknowingness

I am but a blind man,
For that is how I feel.
Ignorance in my mind,
Truly this can't be real!

To this I am no fan...
The truth I must peel
For on the surface I cannot find
If this, for me too, she feels.

So I sit here wondering if I can
Pluck the courage to end my own deal.
To ask her on a date, be kind...
And thus, our love?, shall be sealed.
