At a little bar called Shaggy's
at a table in the back
there's a fella with a deck of cards
all piled up in a stack
he ain't got no one to play with
so he sits and drinks alone
and he wonders if life's worth it
and who'll miss him when he's gone

A single woman at the park
wonders where she has gone wrong
it isn't that she missed him

she's waiting at the bus stop
and she's thinking bout her friends
and she wonders if they'd miss her
if her life came to an end
