Writing Resources from Fifteen Minutes of Fiction
To you, yes you
I wonder if we'll ever be the sameIf the awkward silence between us will ever fade
If I'll always be wondering about us
I sat and cried before I wrote this
Listened to your voice mail
Listened to James Blunt
Listened to your voice mail again
Got up and retrieved some tissues
And plopped down on my bed again
Wondering, and crying
I don't really understand what's going on
I'm not usually emotional, but with you it's another story
You're my best friend
No, you're more than my best friend
You're like my brother, someone I would never ever want to loose
But yet, I see you everyday and I feel like I'm loosing a never ending battle
You, me, you, me
I'm crying, you're listening
You're crying, I'm listening
I don't want to leave and wish I would've spent the last 35 days talking to you more
I just can't let that happen
I've known you since the beginning of the year, and quite honestly
I feel like I've known you all my life
Please don't leave like this
You know everything about me
And I honestly can't tell you what I'd do without you
