"Okay, so my gender disqualifies me for this particular job..."
My Life As a Nun
If I could choose a job to do,A job that's full of joy and fun,
Then I would choose to dress in black,
And be a cheerful, singing nun!
My days I'd fill with lovely songs,
With wondrous joy and great elation;
I'd serve the poor, devote to prayer,
And live in thoughtful contemplation.
A convent is a place I'd love,
With monks and friars and the abbot,
But best of all, I'm glad to know:
I'd get to keep my awful habit.
