"Don't tell the others that by summer's end I spent more time reading than playing"
The Summers of Our Youth
Hooray, hooray yes today is the dayThe last day of school and now time to play
Oh, I'll miss all my friends and even Ms. Bliss
But not all the homework, no that I won't miss
We're done with our books and using our head
Now we'll play until dark then watch TV in bed
Hurry, hurry there's so much to do
We have castles to storm and dragons to slew
And now it's July, nothing's left unexplored
All day all I say is mom I'm so bored
