"How can something that looks so easy be so hard?"
National Poetry Writing Month - Week One
There once was a lady from St KittNo that one's been done quite a bit
Maybe the one about a man and his gun
But take out the cusses and it's no fun
So a clean limerick is hard I admit
I always thought it easy to write rhyme
I said I could write a poem in no time
So why do I have no ode but blank page
I'm so flustered and I'm starting to age
OK so maybe I'm losing my mind
