Does anyone want to pretend to be my student? I want to try out some things BEFORE school starts and I have real students in the system.
Can I post my teacher code in here?

I'll be your student!
Here's what I would do - post your code here, but then, after a day or two, change your code to something else, so future visitors to the forum won't get your current code.

By the way, while I'm thinking of it - when I'm in the control panel and I click "Preview" on a quiz or problem I've created, I don't get the preview. There's a little message that pops up briefly and then disappears - I think it's telling me that a popup was blocked. Is there any way to make this work without me having to change my popup settings?

I just assigned you a geometric series problem. Clicking "Assign" from the Pro-Problems module does select the proper problem, but then when I hit "Submit" it tells me I have to select an activity.
So somehow, even though it LOOKS like it has selected the right problem, it really hasn't. I had to do a manual select.

allie - yes, I think we can improve that (pop-up issue)
I'll take a look at the "assign" issue as well.

Okay, I just did allie's series problem. When I was done, I saw that it still shows up a pending assignment. Does it stay pending until she grades it? Shouldn't it disappear from my pending list as soon as I answer? And then re-appear if she kicks it back to me to try again?

The "assign" issue should be resolved now (please try, to verify!)
MrH - I concur with your explanation of how it should happen, and have made the appropriate change. It won't affect assignments already done, but will affect all assignments going forward from here.

allie - the "Preview" command should not introduce a popup problem any more - please give it a try!
